She specializes in grief and loss and has a special interest in supporting individuals and families experiencing serious illnesses. Her practice is built on a person-centred philosophy, while also drawing from methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, harm reduction, solution-focused and trauma-informed practice.
