How to Book a Session
New Customer
If you are paying for sessions yourself, OR if you have coverage through extended health benefits/insurance or another coverage provider (i.e., FNHA, ICBC, Métis Nation BC, RCMP, or Veterans Affairs), you can call or email us directly to book a session:

FOR WALMSLEY EFAP CLIENTS:
If you are covered through your employer via the Walmsley Employee and Family Assistance Program ("EFAP"), please contact Walmsley directly at 1-800-481-5511. They will open a file for you and then forward us your information. We will then contact you to discuss your needs and get you booked with a counsellor.
