Julie holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University and has training in Narrative Therapy (NT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples (EFIT, EFCT), and is a certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC).
Her approach is grounded in narrative, emotion-focused, and person-centred therapies. Julie works collaboratively with clients to explore and reshape their personal stories, supporting the development of more coherent and empowering life narratives. She places a strong emphasis on understanding emotions and the meaning behind them, while tailoring her work to each client’s unique needs and goals.
